The Elements Experience - how it works

After you complete our Contact Us form

  1. A team member will contact you to run through the details our designer needs before your first meeting

  2. Our designer will review your Pinterest Boards, room layout, pictures of the space and any other images and ideas you provide us with. The more the better – this allows us to fully understand the style and feel that you wish to create. 

  3. We will schedule a virtual meeting with you to see the space and discuss the design ideas

  4. We will take all the information you provide us, plus the discussion and start creating the magic behind the scenes. We will plan your room, source ideas for furniture and finishes, gathering samples of these along the way for you to be able to put everything together.

  5. Once we have gathered all items for your space, we will courier these to you in a beautifully presented box for you to unwrap and experience the amazement of your selections. 

  6. In a few days after you receive your box, our designer will organise a time to answer any questions you might have about whats in the box. 


After this, should you choose to expand the scope of your project, our Designer will be happy to assist you with the best way.
